StudioTect will act as the appointed Principal Agent, in favour of the client's requirements and specifications.
We advise the client throughout the duration of the project, and be hands-on to assist the Main Contractor where required.

We make sure that building quality are checked regularly, to ensure deliverables are met.

At project completion, we assist in obtaining all COC's (Certificates of Compliance), and the required Occupation Certification.

It's strongly advised that the architect manage the building process to save the client on construction expenditure, project duration, and to alleviate the client from the stresses of the building process.
